In this video I show how you can use the animation tool to view a duplicate, but mirrored or rotated drawing to create mirrored & rotated images. I also show an alternative use, to give a flexible template for sketching over, so you have the mirroring template, but for you to draw over the top; similar to the 'Shift and Trace' feature (shift and trace doesn't allow flipping yet).
*Merging a Raster drawing with its 'flipped' self*
For normal raster levels, not Toonz raster, you can merge the reflection into the drawing, so that you only need 1 column with that drawing in. To do it, you just select the whole column by dragging across the column headers or using Control or shift click select. Then from the Xsheet menu, select Merge Levels. Then when you've done this, you can remove the duplicate column.
