While driving east on first Street which is a one-way street when a car ran a stop sign going south caused me to emergency brake, I hit the car on the back rear passenger corner and maintained control of my car after the impact and could see the other car losing control and running up on the curb hitting a fense nearly flipping over approximately 300 feet south of the the intersection.
I came to rest with my back bumper about 20 feet past the intersection,, I couldn't see the other car when I got stopped. I left my car to check on the stop sign violator getting about halfway there and start hearing sirens, There's aproximally 30 to 45 seconds between the impact of the time I hear sirens. I see several police SUVs approaching from the North and the South, from here I can see the driver appears to be knocked out leaning forward and sideways in the car with seatbelts on and the passenger is alert and holding his hands to his face, The officers with guns drawn remove the two people from the wrecked car. Officers asked if I was involved and I said that my wrecked cars up around the corner just east of the intersection on first Street. Officers lead me back to my car as I'm trying to take video and pictures. Only got a few seconds of video because I may have double tapped video start button.
I wait until all but two police SUVs leave and go take pictures in the dark using my flashlight for fill light.
