In this thrilling sci-fi crime drama, inspired by the book by Philip K Dick, an unlikely partnership is formed between a man haunted by the future and a cop haunted by her past. Their aim? To stop the worst crimes of the year 2065 before they even happen.
The series is set in Washington D.C. in 2065, where the use of the law enforcement agency Precrime was outlawed 10 years ago. No longer are the Precogs (Dash, Arthur and Agatha) who are able to see the future, allowed to be used to identify and eliminate criminals before they even commit their crimes.
This is difficult for Precog Dash [Stark Sands - Day Of The Dead, Inside Llewyn Davis] to accept as the terrifying fragments of his visions haunt him. Unable to move on with his life, he secretly returns to continue to preempt murders, with a brash yet astute police detective named Lara Vega [Meagan Good - Think Like A Man, The Unborn, If Not Now, When?], unbeknownst to her newly appointed boss Will Blake [Wilmer Valderrama - NCIS, Greyâs Anatomy].
As they try to navigate a modern future of America using law enforcement techniques of years gone by, they will have to forge an volatile alliance with Dashâs manipulative twin brother Arthur [Nick Zano - Final Destination, Arrow, 90210], who uses his Precog powers for his own self-interest. Not to mention Dash and Arthurâs genius by reclusive foster sister, Agatha [Laura Regan - Bones, Mad Men], who only wants the best for her two brothers, but may be playing a longer game than anybody knows.
Minority Report: a drama of crime and conspiracy, this is a timeless story of connection: two lost souls, Dash and Vega, who find friendship, purpose and redemption in each other.
