Lane splitting and filtering will become legal for motorcyclists on July 1 under certain circumstances. To explain the law and provide safety guidance for riders and drivers, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) will host a live demonstration at the Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) exam station in Eagan.
