Minneapolis police officer Draws Gun for Traffic Stop (failure to signal before changing lanes)!
In this video, camera recording from the vehicle is presented when Officer Mohamad Noor conducted a routine traffic stop for failure to signal before changing lanes. He is seen approaching the citizen's car with his gun drawn and has the gun pointed at the driver when he speaks with him. Neither officer has their body camera on until almost the end of the incident.
The driver is cited for failure to signal when changing lanes, but the ticket is dismissed because when the driver took the matter to be heard by the court so he could announce the danger he felt, the two officers chose to avoid the hearing and neither showed up. Therefore, the only recourse for the court was to dismiss the ticket without hearing any testimony.
