Here's a commercial for an early portable, hand-held "electronic TV game" called Minivid from Mego, in which you can play against either yourself or an opponent. Scenes include a prisoner playing the one called "Break Free" inside his cell, then against an officer outside, and two construction workers playing a variant called "Dodge City Gunfight" (what they refer to as "Shootout") (there was also "Sea Battle" and "Spacewar").
Batteries not included.
