2:42 Balance mode - 60W (peek 65W)
6:19 Forced TDP 15W - peek 53W
9:26 Sleep / PowerOff

Final conclusions:
- 60W vs 70W - minipc draws 18% more current but you gain only 2-3% performance
- Forced TDP15W vs 70W - minipc draws even 45% more current but you gain only 8-9% performance
- in all 3 power modes GPU or single thread performance is almost the same
