Minions Villain Makeover! Kim Maycraft works with Make Up artist Samantha Linn (samanthalinn.com or instagram.com/lavendersam/) to recreate the look of Scarlet Overkill from the new Minions movie! Advice for makeup, hair and costume included so you can do it yourself!
