Very recently, the third Despicable Me/Minions movie in four years(!) and the SEVENTH overall Despicable Me movie came out. I had no strong expectations going into this movie, positive or negative. What I'd see is what I'd get. And although the movie is mostly more of the same wacky shenanigans that these movies are known for, it's also better than I expected? And it unironically kinda resonated with me in a way that I was NOT expecting a Minions movie to? Some really crazy, unexpected stuff here.
