Do you find your freedom by lowering your standards, or by raising your expectations? We always get back what we expect from life, however high or low -- expectations can't be released --they can only be raised or lowered. Many people shame others when they do not meet the low expectations they had of life, because it's easier to blame somebody else than take responsibility for their low expectations. In this video, I detail how to raise our expectations and bring them into harmony with our desires and goals.
