People confuse minimum effort with minimum standard.

They’re not the same thing.

The goal isn’t to make every model parade ready immediately.

The goal is to:

* build it
* prime it
* paint it
* get it on the table

Battle ready first.
Parade ready over time.

Because unfinished perfection usually just becomes another gray army sitting on a shelf.

Done to standard beats unfinished perfection.
