I used to love to shop thrift stores and garage sales. However, I realized that I was often impulsive at these places and had a hard time passing up a good deal (even if I didn't need the item). However, we need a few things for the kids and for our house, so we're going to head out today and I'll share my top tips for not over buying when I go.
