I've been messing around with the EasternONE VST again and found it has quite a few unique ethnic instruments almost similar to those heard in Zelda games but much more improved which continues to surprise me, so I was able to put this together! Not perfect but close :) may do further testing with this VST for other Wind Waker songs, it worked pretty well with my last one from that game youtube.com/watch?v=wmPZic3-ePo.
