How-To:
-Cover (2) 3" x 4 ½" chipboard pieces with 4" x 5 ½" paper
-Fold 4" x 4" spine in half, adhere, + curl
-Fold + adhere (2) 1" x 3" closure strips
-Add 4 3/8" x 2 7/8" patterned papers inside covers
-Set eyelets & washers ¾" from top of covers + centered on closure strips
-Attach rings to covers
-Angle punch 2 ¼" x 3 ½" photos + papers tags; punch holes
-Place tags on rings + embellish
-Embellish cover + tie closed with string
