Tried Out Mini Slugs in the Mossberg 500
Had to give these Aguila mini 12 gauge slugs a shot—literally. I’ve been curious how they'd cycle in the Mossberg 500, and while they’re not exactly meant for semi-auto stopping power, for close-range pest control or home defense, these little things pack more punch than you’d think.
They're quieter, recoil is lighter, and I can load a few extras in the tube. But keep in mind: cycling them can be hit or miss without a mini-shell adapter, so test before you trust.
