A mini samba parade takes place every year in Tatara Festival, the biggest annual festival in my city, Kawaguchi, Saitama, Japan. Although I go see this festival every summer, this was the first time for me to watch this parade with my own eyes. I enjoyed it and it was also fun to see Japanese people enjoying the Latin rhythm.
