Fuck OBS, fuck DaVinci Resolve, fuck my laptop's refresh rate, and fuck my chud life.
Every time I record with OBS, I get something called interval stuttering because my laptop's refresh rate is 60.0014hz instead of the 60hz it claims, so I changed my recording settings to match. TURNS OUT that the recording was only 59.9965fps, so when I dropped the video into post, Resolve ended up doing the exact thing I was trying to avoid and changed the framerate to 40fps two thirds of the way though, with no way to fix it. Very professional software guys.
