It is very easy to build a house in Minecraft but it's a bit complicated to make it in a different style, I'd say this is more of a unique house, there are multiple minecraft house designs but replacing the windows with a waterfall is a very genius design, it works very well in minecraft survival and can fit in your world perfectly
