Since I couldn't figure out a good way of getting the Mindcrack-style Ultra hardcore pvp game, where natural regen is off, I ended up with another "practice" run in a single player world.
This time I split it up into 3 episodes (plus extra material) and at the end of episode 3 is my score depending on my inventory and health, that I will compare at some point.
