Here are the Triliton's Shaders. They are an edit of the Chocapic Shaders but they remind me a little of the SEUS Shaders. I'm using the R3D Craft 256x Texture Pack and I had the POM and PBR extensions enable but POM feature on the shaders doesn't work.
The rain in these shaders is a little messed up but none the less I really like how the Triliton Shaders look.
