I've been using huge mushrooms to create some of my builds (see dynmap below) and I wanted to use their stalks to create a decorative wall. As they don't exist as a block the only way to reposition them is to use pistons. After a few failed attempts to move a four block tall column it occurred to me that a piston attached to a slime engine could run along the wall and move a single block one after the other. lafuller came over to see the thing in action.
