You dont actually need to run thcrap_configure a second time. The entire point of games.js was that the shortcuts can refer to that list, instead of hardcoding the paths in the shortcuts themselves. -Nameless Legacy
**This means that you should select all patches you want to apply the first (and only) time you run thcrap_configure.exe. Then, after editing your games.js file, youre done. So basically, disregard 6:31 to 8:20.**
And thanks to Lumicrat who says, if you have the Infinite FPS problem with EoSD:
It seems that I was able to fix the FPS problem in EoSD by downloading Locale Emulator.
Youll have to excuse how rough and disorganized I sound, I threw this together on the spot and I woke up about an hour ago.

Steps:
Step 1. Download and extract thcrap and VSync Patch.
Step 2. Move vpatch.exe, vpatch.ini, and the respective DLL into the Touhou game folder.
Step 3. Open thcrap_configure.exe and run through the steps. Use patch #23 for English, other patches you want to use you will have to locate in the menu.
Step 4. Once thcrap_configure has run, open games.js in a text editor. (it is in the thcrap folder)
Step 5. Edit the th0X.exe at the end of the file paths to be vpatch.exe. Save the file.
Step 6. Youre done! In order to use the VSync Patch for Touhou games, you will have to run the games using the shortcuts thcrap generated. However, you can move these shortcuts to any folder youd like and they will work from there.")
