A very compact 2 wide 3x3 door.
It may not be 1 wide but this means it is better for survival builds. It is 7 wide and 9 high so should fit nicely in your survival builds.
DicoTheRedstoner had a concept to make this but could not pull it off with his design, so I did what comes naturally to me and developed the concept into a working, awesome door :-)

A tiny design for a flush hidden portal that is extinguished when closed!

The portal being off when closed means that people cannot accidentally or maliciously get through your portal into your secret base. Alternatively it can stop the annoying portal noises and stop people nosing through your base when you are away by coming through a portal.
