Today, I check out what lies under the buoy near the boat and start trying to work on a base of some sort, with... uh-- mixed results.

This map is exactly what the title implies; a wide open, presumably endless ocean. However, if you happen to dive beneath the surface of the waves you might begin to notice there's more than just water to be found here...
