Note, 1.18 will reduce rates with the extra height in the heightmap, but this will still work. This is my assembly of concepts for a no perimeter looting witch farm. The drops average 7200 items per hour with redstone, gunpowder, glowstone, and bottles at about 900 each per hour. See below for the links to videos where I do the learnings:
