This is my High Security Bank System design in Minecraft. It uses a 9 digit PIN Number and has 3 users. It can easily be expanded to more than three users, but the more users you add, the more delay you get for retrieving your cart. This consists of 3 order sensitive combination locks wired into one panel. Each number uses a button and has an RS-NOR Latch to cause the current to be remembered. The output of each of the RS-NOR Latches is hooked up to and inverter then to an AND Gate. Once the PIN is correct and the user button is pressed, you will get you cart. This design probably could easily be made smaller, but I wanted it to be easy to make and understand.
