I made a fully adjustable timer. I made this because Etho was making a timer and I thought that it wouldn't be too hard to make on that is fully adjustable. This design allows for you to have times of up to 160 minutes (80 minutes for the smaller version) and every 5 minute interval in-between. This design is fairly simple, it uses a binary to decimal converter (converts 5bit binary for the larger design, and 4bit binary for the smaller one) and then powers a piston the pulls a block out from under the dispenser, making it so that the next dispenser will not get powered when the item on the one before it despawns. This is not 100% accurate, since the items take some time falling, but it should stay fairly close to accurate, even with the longer times.
