Usually people want flush doors to be made out of full blocks so they can be hidden, but if you have nothing to hide you can use a piston head as the flush part of the door and make it much simpler. In addition, you can add extra functions like making the door frame pop out when the door opens.

Sorry about the voice quality, I think something's going wrong with my headset mic or its connection to my computer. D: I'll look into it and see what I can do to fix it, but SS11 might still have the bad audio.
