This was the fastest BUD i was able to make. Now it's your turn: Make a faster one!

Rules:
-Vanilla minecraft
-You can use every kind of BUD you like, as long as it creates a redstone signal of any kind (so T-BUDs are allowed)
-The BUD has to reset itself (it should detect an infinite amount of updates without the need of a player), without wasting any resources
-The speed is measured by the time the system needs until it can detect the next update

Optional:
-Fast response time
-Compact design
-Stable (e.g. no torch burnout)
