Minecraft Riptide Drowned

What happens if Minecraft drowned have a riptide trident? Giving a Riptide enchanted trident to a drowned doesn't make them able to use the enchantment, they'll just throw a trident like usual. In this video, I showcase a Minecraft mod that actually makes it so drowned can use Riptide properly.
