In a recent episode of Zisteau's Devious Devices series he expressed an interest in a teleportation device that can only teleport a player to a location already discovered.

Commands used (replace the "Gdirt" with your own name):
make an objective - scoreboard objectives add Gdirt dummy Gdirt
Set the players score - scoreboard players set @a Gdirt 1
only player with a score - @p[score_Gdirt_min=0,score_Gdirt=0]
