think my effort standards for posting a run have gone up a bit too high (especially for a second channel :/), so here is a map i only learned exists earlier today

i like this route a lot for how unintuitive it is. i take a detour to an objective, dont grab it, & only use an item in the wool box to speed up getting a *different* objective, then come back for it afterwards, inexplicably saving ~50 seconds overall. also a rare instance of intentional death without keepinv, or ender chests, or an item elevator
i tried a bed warp route first obviously. it's not very good, partially because the tower isn't straight so you can only go up 4 of the 6 floors at once. then you end up in a spot where you have to punch through a quartz slab, then you need to dip down into the last room (filled with enemys!!) a bit to grab blocks to pillar up into the wool. it is slower & you will die
btw in 1.17+ exiting a gui with items on your cursor puts them in your inventory, so you can fast loot by just double clicking & closing the chest. should be common knowledge i feel
played on minecraft 1.19.2 on easy, ~80 attempts
total time between downloading the map & getting this run: 3 hours & 54 minutes
