The spider web is an item achievable though Inventory hacking but not actually in the game. Notch will consider this with the spider mob later in a future update maybe.

These are grenade launchers that were originally meant to be in the game but later removed, except their files still remain. Using Willowtree I managed to create modded grenade launchers that are fully functional in-game. If you wish to use them in your save files, just use Willowtree and copy the guns into your save. Enjoy!")
