This video shows you how to make a skin pack using a tool i wrote. It creates an ,mcpack file that can be used on mobile or on the windows 10 edition of minecraft. It can take files that you have downloaded from places like skindex or other web tools or skins you made using image editors.

You can use this tool to make a skin pack an send it to your friends on Android, IOs, or Windows 10 edition. It does not currently work on Xbox, Switch or PS4, due to not being able to import skin packs on those version.
