Note: The input panel really should be flipped, but I was too lazy to fix. The first column should be the largest number, and cause the closest light to light up. Instead, the opposite is true.
Built *without* the help of command blocks, MCEdit, or WorldEdit.
I'll post an explanation/tutorial video soonish. Don't get your hopes up on a timeframe, though.
