In this video I speedran getting the mace in the new minecraft version 1.21. This new update features a lot of cool new stuff, including trial chambers, which are essential for this type of speedrun. In order to obtain the mace you have to find one of these trial chambers and use an ominous bottle. Then you have to acquire ominous vault keys from defeating mob waves at trial spawners. After that you can use the ominous vault keys on ominous vaults and there is a 2.2% chance to get the heavy core, which is one of the two items needed for the mace. The second item is a breeze rod, which you can get by killing the breeze, which also spawn in trial chambers.
