Mindful Self Compassion instructor Heidi Shaw leads participants on a "Sense and Savor" nature walk to learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday commutes. This event is offered through Mindful USC, a program within USC's Office of Religions and Spiritual Life that helps students, faculty and staff develop and incorporate an effective and ongoing mindfulness practice into their lives.
