Whether you watch on a Monday or any other day of the week, spend a few minutes with me as I make a small piece of art and practice mindfulness and being present in the moment. Each video in this series will be somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes long. I will not be talking but there will be some quiet music to also help set the scene. In this episode, I use acrylic inks and make gentle, sweeping strokes but just enjoy watching the watercolours do their own thing. Hope you enjoy.

Supplies used:
Dr PH Martin Acrylic Inks in Golden Yellow, Orange, and Cherry Red
I also use some paint brushes and a pipette to spend water
