Fractals of the Mists have, ever since it’s launch, had numerous mysteries surrounding it. Let us investigate exactly what a fractal is, where it is, who it’s creator is, and the biggest mystery of all: The origin of the Colossus.

Mind Spike is a series where I investigate deeper aspects of the world of Tyria, with the hope of highlighting both the good and bad about the lore, the mechanics, the community, and the game Guild Wars 2 in general.
