The mind matters series is presented by Tracie Story (Social Worker, Counseller & Therapist) and aims to support your mental health over five videos by teaching you calming techniques. In our second mind matters video Tracie will teach you how to conduct a body scan to help you identify the difference between thinking about a sensation and feeling a sensation.
