Is news reporter Serene Branson being attacked by microwave weaponry (mind-control)???

Some say it was possibly a stroke (due to a seizure), but was this really the cause? I've know people with epilepsy - and have been in almost every possible environment with them (including very high-pressure/anxious moments or when they've had both 'petit mal' & 'grand mal' seizures) but I have never seen them speak gibberish like this! Very strange!
