The Throckmorton Texas lightning storm of April 1st, 2014. This isolated supercell storm was highly electric however most of the lightning was intracloud lightning. Very few cloud to ground strikes occurred relative to the frequency of flashes. The cell went tornado warned just before sundown and produced a brief funnel cloud. The interesting thing about this footage is the vivid spinning cumulus vortices inside the updraft.
