Mina the Hollower was first unveiled alongside its Kickstarter in 2022, and I couldn’t have been more hyped. When Shovel Knight launched for the 3DS in 2014, I knew Yacht Club Games was going to be a developer I would follow from then on out. While that game blossomed into a huge franchise of spinoffs and DLC content, Mina the Hollower is Yacht Club Games’ first original game in over a decade. So, was the wait worth it on multiple fronts?
