During the construction of a hyperscale data center project, our field application engineer (FAE) deployed the world's most accurate engineering grade ARโข for a quality inspection of the goods lift opening, uncovering a critical discrepancy between the design and the actual structure.
Leveraging the Atom's millimeter-accurate measuring tool, our FAE documented a discrepancy of 256mm and 45mm. Given the remarkably tight tolerance margins for data centers, this error could potentially trigger significant effects on subsequent construction phases.
By capturing and rectifying these discrepancies from the outset, we safeguard the entire construction process right from the foundation.
