I provide an update on what I learned from my email correspondence with the City of San Francisco's about key results from their on-going foundation monitoring program for the Millennium Tower foundation. This is the building that has experienced excess foundation settlement and building tilt which has resulted in a recently completely remediation program reportedly costing over $150 million.
