Originally broadcast 27th April 2023 under the title Evicted. Since then, the law on no-fault evictions has changed in England, with Section 21 notices abolished from 1 May 2026. Housing law varies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so the legal position shown in this film may not reflect the current position where you live.

The fight continues for our group of young people up and down the UK, having been served an eviction notice by their landlord. Some have just weeks to find somewhere else to live. With resources stretched and time running out, how do they get on?

Danielle fights for her rights, and Thai feels priced out of Bristol.
