OH HEY guess who saw spider-man: into the spider-verse!!! (ahhhh!!!!)

short spoiler-free review:

initially when i first saw the trailers, i was hyped but also afraid that the story would be too convoluted and cluttered because of all the characters involved, and miles's story would kinda get pushed aside because of that

but good news: the movie never felt clunky! it was definitely fast-paced, but it still gave the main characters enough time to shine, and miles really was the heart and soul of the film despite how much was going on

also, the animation.....WHEW. the last time i saw a 3D animated feature that was actually visually interesting was like....the book of life. i just...love the dropped frame rate and the comic-y visual style. even with the snappy animation, the emotions and body language of the characters are still *kisses fingers like an italian chef*

anyway c'est incroyable go watch it i will protect miles morales with my life
