This song reminded me alot of the events of Tsumihoroboshi VN version more though....
It's obivous how the very Happy Rena tried her best and utter failed to keep her sanity as the Hinamizawa Sydrome takes over her trust of her friends (as Takano manipulated the already muderer Rena with the note books that held very big half-truths) and sees Mion as her ultimate enemy as she believe aliens are making copies of everybody (including herself and Rika)... Keiichi the only ones she trusts and unlike her Anime counterpart she meets Keiichi one more time before going to the school (unbeknowst to Keiichi himself).
We all know the ending of this sad tell...
