When Minnesota produced the recount plan and the bill, Lindell withheld the money and asked for more time while challenging the rules governing which votes would be reviewed. After years of promoting election fraud claims, Lindell finally has the transparent public recount he demanded, and now the fight is over whether he will actually pay for it.
