This is a simulation of a migraine Aura a migraine Aura typically presents with a visual symptom called a scintillating scotoma it often resembles a flashing or flickering spot that starts off small and then gradually enlarges over several minutes some people even see rainbow colors or zigzag shapes too and usually this lasts anywhere between 5 and 60 minutes before gradually fading away and what can be scary is that some people even experience other sensory abnormalities such as t Ling of the skin numbness and even speaking difficulties and then once the aura subsides a lot of people then experience that common classic pounding migraine headache but not always instead some people just have the aura if you have ever struggled with migraine Aura as I have and you want to learn more check out my full video I'll put a link to it down here below
